  • Mainly lives in small intestine
  • And migrates to the different organs with the help of blood.
  • Confirmed by " Widal test ".

Mode of infection :-

  • Contamination through water / food.

Symptoms :-

  • Fever with high temperature (104°F)
  • Head ache, weakness, intestinal perforation and loss of appetite.
  • Death may also occur (severe cases)
