1) Some people are good writers but when it comes to speaking, they are unable to do so. They enhanced their writing skills but, did not improve their speaking skills.
2) Some people are good speakers but when it comes to writing, they are unable to do so. They have enhanced their speaking, but didn't pay attention to their writing skills.
