chemistry in a ordinary sense we mean it use of chemicals. similarly various chemicals are used in fertilizers like potash, ammonium nitrate, urea,etc to increase the fertility of soil. sometimes plants cannot grow in certain soils because either their pH value increases or decreases in that case farmer take the sample soil to research centers and the researchers there convey them the new methods of agriculture using improved chemicals and agro-chemistry.even insectides and pesticides are also chemicals used to kill insects, pests, and rodents which damages the crop.
hence CHEMISTRY AND AGRICULTURE are the two sides of the same coin.
