Displacement reaction are reactions where one reactant replaces part of the other.
AB+C = AC +B.

Double displacement reaction are reactions where the cotions and anions in the reactants switch partners to form others.
AB+CD=AD+CB.

neutralization and precipitation reaction .

When acid reacts with a base to form metal salt and water is neutralization reaction.
