we got a oppurtunity to visit the western ghats this summer...we boarded a train and started our journey.The experience of the trip was wonderful. the western ghats is a range of mountains that runs parallel to the western coastline.They are also called Sahyadri moutain range.The train went through the ghat section and each time we passed through a tunnel we could experience darkness and the cool breeze.
The railway line that runs through the western ghats is the KONKANN RAILWAY( Ratnagiri-Madgoan-Honnavar-Manglore) -

I am shalini singh today I am going to tell you about my train journey through hills. Me and my sweet family had made a trip to shimla and the trip was really awesome. At 8:00 AM our train arrives and we sat on the train peacefully. Trains engine started and our journey too. The view outside the train was really awesome. Their was too many flowers on mountains. mountains were covered with snow and scenery was really awesome. I got some new friends in train they were friendly. We talked alot and we had great views together. Clouds were just like cotton candy. I was very excited. The train stopped at the station. We fresh up and had a snacks. The engine started And the view ahead was even better. Their were small small cute birds, monkey and many other animal. I enjoyed all the views, trip and also a train journey through the hills
