Women can be good leader or manager if they are given opportunities and platform to prove themselves. They are having qualities better than men. Women empowerment does not mean to discriminate men and worship women but it is about equality. Women should have equal rights in social, political, economic and other judicial things. Women can lead the country to a higher level of development and success.
