good morning/ afternoon my name is________ I stand here before you to discuss the reason why I want to be part of the leadership team and hopefully become School captain for this year (2019) I realise that it's privileged to have the honour that I will be suitable candidate I will from promise to work hard to be the effective leader that you would be proud of in the school I will try to uphold and obey all the rules and become the role model that you can all look up to I will assist teacher and students in any way possible to the best of my abilities .I strongly believe that all this qualities are very important in a everyone's life
firstly,i would like to start by explaining to you what this position means to me.the school vice captain needs to be a respectful but also fun loving person,someone who can represent the school and it's core values ; hospitality,compassion ,responsible and respect .
secondly good listener good leader will always listens to others and they never judge about who that person is and what they do .leaders don't just bark order to boss people around .they listen to their team their costumers,their peers , and their competitors because they know it is the best way to understand a situation so they can make the best decision possible
