STORY
I waited for the time to pass but I could swear that the ticking of the clock had slowed down. I was getting anxious for the anticipation was driving me to the point of insanity. I was feeling hot suddenly, even though it was winters. The beeping sounds of machines and clinical like smell of the waiting room was getting to my head. I felt nauseous.
I ran to the bathroom and before I could make it to my knees, I entered up vomiting in the toilet. Thankfully, I made it to the bathroom stall in time.
I was getting more nervous now.
I cleaned up and walked to the reception. "I have been waiting for over an hour", I said to the receptionist. She told me to wait for a few minutes and left her place to go check the updates.
She came back with my report which stated, that "I was not pregnant". I breathed a sign of relief. I sat down my shoulder hung and I sobbed softly. I had never been this relived in my life.
My cell phone beeped, "what happened?", wrote Adam.
I replied smiling, "We are safe".
