This is very neccessary to take idea from other elders.As we take examples if we are discussing to our elders on any topic like matter about our goal or aim. Suppose that I want to be a doctor and I talk to my elder that what type of knowledge should I have to be a doctor.He/she says that you should be a knowledge of subject science more .From here we gain idea that being a doctor one should be kin interest in science ...So if we got chance to talk to elders we should not waste it ......
