To me Gratitude means to be grateful and to help others become grateful as well. It also means to show someone you care and help them when they are in need. I am grateful for many things, some things I am grateful for are my family, my education, food and water on my table and my horse Joe. Showing gratitude can be hard, I can show myself and others gratitude by saying thank you, cleaning up after myself and others and helping someone out when they are in need. I believe that showing gratitude can help others because it can give them an example of how to show gratitude, but also can help get them through their day when they are in need. Character traits I show when practicing gratitude are kindness, consideration, helpfulness and of course thankfulness.
