Answer:
This is an incident dates 15 years back. Once I was travelling in Kolkata by tram. The tram was jam packed with people and I somehow managed to hold a handle to keep myself steady. The tram was trudging along at a snail’s pace halting at numerous stations where scores of people were alighting or boarding. It was a hot and humid summer day, typical of Kolkata. The smell of sweat and body odours of different variety were aplenty.
One short little gentleman boarded the tram and stood in front of me. He looked irritated and annoyed with the whole environment and appeared completely frustrated. After travelling for some time, he got restless, kept looking at me frequently and finally commanded to me sternly in Bengali, “Hello Mister. Can you please turn your face to the other direction?”
Startled at this strange request, I asked why? “Because the air from your nostril is hitting my head and I am feeling irritated. Please turn your head to another direction so that your breath does not disturb me”.
Holy Cow! I had never encountered a stranger command than this one in my life. Then I noticed that the guy was completely bald and that is why perhaps he had a genuine justification to his demand. I had no option but to turn my head in another direction so that my breath of hot air would not hit my dear fellow’s bald head and irritate him
