Childhood poem is regarding the relationship of father and son. Father is stranger for his son. Father recollects the days of childhood so that he can understand the cold and indifferent behaviour. In this poem, poet talk about exclusive personal experience. Poet describes the things which usually happened between the most father and son.Every father wants that his son live with him under the same roof with him. The generation gap is so wide that they don't talk. They want to forget each other and want to live together but it remains a wish..

Childhood is a times where are few responsibilities to make life difficult. Childhood is a part of human life where person would be enjoy their own life. That's the time where Person is not thinking about their future. If a child has good parents , he is fed , looked after and loved , whatever he may do. It is improbable that he will ever again in his life be given so much without having to do anything in return. In addition, life is always presenting new things to the child. A child finds pleasure in playing in the rain or in the snow. Their life becomes too easy. His first visit to seaside is a marvelous adventure. He is not free to do what he wishes to , he is continuously being told not to do things or being punished. His life , therefore, I'd not perfectly happy.
