Short type question. How is the melting of butter different from the burning of butter. Explain.​

When butter browns, you are burning the fat, which even further changes the chemistry of the butter. This is an example of a physical change because there is no new substance being formed. When butter melts, it is still butter; the composition of the butter does not change even when its state does.
