Microsoft Word: Use Keyboard Shortcuts to Find andReplace Text. While you're in a large Word document, you can easily find text by hitting [Ctrl][F]. Then type the word or phrase you're looking for in the navigation pane. If you want to find and replace text in a Word document, use the key combo [Ctrl][H].
