No, one should not completely trust a recount because of the fact it's a recount. It entails that some things will not be covered, minuscule details will be left out and whether or not they are important to not vary on a person's opinnion. But it's not like it can't be trusted at all.
If there was a recount that was most likely truthful then it would be a Factual Recount. Because they show the cause and effect of the events, as well as the order of events.
