No children should not drive under 18 yrs of age. Be cause the are very young to do that. They have not experienced well. It leads to many accidents specially in india, every person dies every 5 minutes because of accidents. Think how many of them would be youths which are the pillars of the nation. To prevent such type of accidents, the parents must ensure that their children not drive before 18 yrs of age. But most importantly the children themselves should understand that doing these things would be bad for him.
