This question is not at all clear. Do you mean to say that North India, where Hindi is common language should be divided further ? Is that what you mean ? If not how can Hindi be a common language for a country like India where there are a number of states formed purely on linguistic grounds such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya, Gujarati, Assamese, Marwari and Urdu etc ? Are you joking ?
