ln most of the joint family the eldest male member have all rights.Such as to take decision s,to order,to advise etc while others have responsibilities to obey him . while we consider women members they are just like a machine or like a toy.lc everyone have equal responsibilities it will be nice.lt will increase the living standards of the society .it will make the women situation better also.
