yes.freedom of expression conveys for every Indian citizen and has freedom to express their thoughts though any medium.but,should not create any violence.their thoughts should be peaceful....don't make any arms/wars break out.social media is the most popular way by which one can express anything.but,that should be useful for human welfare and international peace and security and should be within the limits.not more than that...
