Yes girls can cook during menstrual days.

It is the old saying of old people. But of a girl cooks during periods then it is not to become bad in taste or it won't get spoiled. The taste of food is going to be same as she cooks on other days. So I think this saying is wrong and girls can cook during their mensuratl days. It is a natural cycle and they r not responsible for it..
