should I Give ntse exam with my 10 syllabus or I only concentrate on 10

Actually NTSE exams are over .

and if you are asking for next year I think you should give exam of NTSE it helps a lot foe your future ..
all maths ,logical reasoning ,etc

But if you want to take you have to work hard and proper time managemnet is needed.

it is mostly depend upon you
if you have tendency to face bpth exams then you should do it
otherwise, according to my experience of class tenth, you should focus on class 10.....
