u may try but it is not as advisable as it seems because once you drop one year. then you don't have that much patience to stick to the person but if you are determined enough that you have to achieve that goal and you can trust yourself that you will be honest with your routine then you can go for it... because my friends have also done the same but only one was successful among the four of them...
