Yes, All should given equal rights. Women can do all work that a men do like work in office and many more and men also can do all work that women do like cooking, do household work .

yes.. they should help their wife in their work . if men have job or other employment then they can provide a household worker to lessen the work of womens . our society still thinks that women are there for household work , but this is totally wrong. its just a ideology or thinking.
god didnt said that women should only do work , its just a thinking of society as they think womens as a weak person though now development is everywhere but still in India in some places we can see that women are considered weak.and are bound to do household work.
lets break this ideology and help womens, sister,daughter etc in there household works.
