Physical Education In Schools Should Be Compulsory

Yes because...

Participation in sport promotes health.

Participation in sport promotes health. Government is, or should be, concerned with the health of its citizens. Encouraging physical activity in the young through compulsory PE fights child obesity and contributes to forming lifelong habits of exercise. This doesn’t have to be through traditional team sports; increasingly schools are able to offer exercise in the form of swimming, gymnastics, dance, weight training, use of a multigym, aerobics, etc.

Debate speech for "Should physical education be mandatory for all students everyday of the school week?"

Explanation:

As we all know physical education is a must for everyone, especially young people who are in the process of growing. So, it can only be mandatory and physically acceptable that they are made mandatory for all students to be practiced every day of the school week. This way, we are not only providing mental knowledge but also physical growth to the students. It will also make their bodies more flexible and familiar with the physical movement if done every day. This will also help in the physical and mental alertness of the students. Also, this will endure that no parents will ever stress over their children growing lazy or not wanting to exercise. Considering the obesity level of our children in the country, it is only probable that we make this physical education be made mandatory so that we can make the children used to taking exercises and getting into the routine of working out or taking exercises.
