The rich countries shouldn't be stopped from buying covid vaccines but the vaccine should be equally distributed between the countries and countries should have mutual cooperation between them.The rich countries should provide some part of their vaccines to the poor nations who can't afford it .We can't Stop any country from vaccines but we can limit them from buying surplus vaccines and every country should be distributed the vaccines equally without partiality
