Yes.... Because the school uniform represents the school you are studying in.......If There would be no school uniform everyone would think that the school is waste....

yes, schools won't be a wastage. The main thing is that then noone could identity from which the person is and also there will be inequality in the schools
as students would start showing off their luxurious clothes to some poorly students
But this doesn't mean that everyone would think that the school is waste....as said in the answer
