No, Sperm donation should be strictly banned in India but our government is not responding at all.
It should be banned because using this the female without any sexual intercourses can get pregnant and the baby will be fatherless, only for Rs. 2,000 men donate sperm but they don't think that their baby will not be well treated because he/she will be fatherless. Girls also should not buy donated sperm, either they should marry a male.
