I think that if the students have the right to design their school uniform then all the students will come up with different ideas making it difficult to choose a single one.Even if majority came up with a single uniform then the other students can have bad affects on their studies. So I think that only the school should have the authority to design a common uniform for all. But the school can ask the students about their plans.
