yes, it will anticlockwise in the normal case..

but here when the current is get increased then there will be sudden change in induced current of the loop also...

and according to lenz..loop will produce the current in that direction in which it minimizes the effect of change...

so it will oppose the effect of outgoing lines....and produce clockwise current.
