should the isotopes of chlorine be placed in different slots or in the same slot

They should necessarily be placed in same slots as even although their atomic mass numbers (A) are different (this happens due to no. to neutrons along with elementary protons in the nucleus),but rather they have similar chemical properties and atomic numbers(Z) although their physical properties differ slightly .The isotopes of chlorine are  Cl(A=35) and Cl (A=37),and these should be placed in same slots because position of an element is determined on the basis of its atomic no. (z) as a charateristic and not its atomic weight/atomic mass no.(A)
