The  answer  to the above question is  no.If the money spent by the government and individual is put  in dealing issues of the society ,then the animals will be helpless.Due to lack of support some endangered species  might also get extinct.The ecosystem can  also get disurbed due to the extinction of certain animals.

However it is necessarry to  pay attention to fundamental issues  as well.If the poverty stricken people do not get their basic necessities ,their death rate might also increase .

Therefore the  money  should be divided .It should be spent on both  the issues in order to improve it.For the poor people the government can invest in something due to which these people can get employed .Due to this their lifestyle can improve leading to development of the society as well as of the whole country.
