According to me, the poet should not have taken the road by which most of the people travelled.

Reasons:

1. The poet wants to be unique.
2. He likes to take risks in life.
3. The poet wants to choose what very less people choosed.
4. He wants to take a choice that can change his life.
5. The poet thinks there are many more choices after the one choosed.
