Should the poverty line be different for different countries?

MY VIEW---
I think poverty line should be equal in all countries in world because all people are same and the origin is same then why the living status is different from country to country or person to person .
ACTUAL REASON---
Poverty line cannot be same in all countries because the status of living is different in all countries as in some countries they are very rich in minerals then the people of that country will be able to enjoy more than those one where there is no much resources are present.It is a very serious problem for all countries as it also depends on Population of the country.
Examples---
Now we will try to understand this by taking example of resources.
Case 1--
In case the population is high then the benefit of the policies of any matter cannot be given to each person as it will not enough .
Redult of high population--- the poverty line of this country will be less.
Case 2--
Now suppose the population of any country is less and also the resources are not more but the population is less.But there is enough resources for that population .
Result---Poverty line will be high.
