yes there should because now a days the aged are not getting help from thier children .they thinks that their old parents are very boring and they just make their children irritated by telling them to work for them because they are not having capability to work in old age

Yes , old age homes have become a necessity in India as today's new generation didn't understand their responsibilities towards their parents.
