Hi!!
Yes you can if you're tired so much. But try to at least complete 2 to 3 chapters depending upon how many pages are there in a one turn.
But do take break when u feel exhausted.

In that break we can take some refreshments to overcome dizzyness.....

It depends on your condition . If you like the subject so you can read the chapter . It's better to take break as when we are studying it sometimes get bore and by taking break our mind get fresh
