Should weavers procure raw materials, weave Ikkat sarees and sell them directly to the people? What

No, they weren't directly sell them to the people. the weavers are not getting rate due to middle men’s involvement. vogue and change their designs accordingly. They have to depend on middlemen for getting raw materials like cotton or silk yarn as these are produced in far away centres and to about the fashion trend. So middlemen become prominent and took the large share in it.
