Respected Sir,
With great respect, it is to state that the result of this month is really a cause of bad reputation to our school but there lie some reasons for it. First, there were some late admission of some students and they could not cover the whole syllabus. Secondly, I was on leave for a month, this factor also contributed to that poor result. However, I assure that in the upcoming exams good result are expected as we have prepared strategies for it. First, for those students make-up classes have been arranged and secondly test sessions have also been started for them. So, hopefully, next result would be up to the standard.

Respected Mam,
This year the as you had asked about the poor results of Students of this batch in the first term exams.The main reason is that we do not get time for revision.According to me if we complete our course in time then we can help children to. revise the course.But due to too many holidays
and activities,The study gets delayed.Therefore it is advised that we must reduce the course a bit so that students get to understand each concept and revise it.We may arrange for extra classes on Saturdays.This way we will be able to help children understand better and don't get pressurised with too much of syllabus.Kindly take some action in this issue.
