Interconversion of states of matter means the the matter interconverts or interchange it's physical state without disturbing it's chemical properties on providing physical conditions such as temperature and pressure. for eg- the solid state converts into the liquid on raising temperature.

The seven states of matter that I am investigating are Solids, Liquids, Gases, Ionized Plasma, Quark-Gluon Plasma, Bose-Einstein Condensate and Fermionic Condensate

Solids are converted into liquids by liquidification and liquids are converted into gas by boiling and solids in to gas by sublimation. Plasma and bose-einstein condensate aren't generally considered as general states of matter becoz these are not generally found in  abundance. But if more temperature and very less pressure will be applied then gases will be converted into plasma and bose enstein condensate
