s  a = v^2 / r , so v^2 = a * r  = k^2 * r^2 * t^2
kinetic energy Ek = (m * v^2) / 2 =  (m * k^2 * r^2 * t^2) / 2
power = d Ek / dt = m * k^2 * r^2 * t
so the answer is 'B'.
