India is a union of states rather than the federation of state. India is the union of states because the states are indestructible part of the country . states have no right to secede from the india. That's why india is a union of States . IN case of federation state have a right to secede from the country and their federations is the result of an agreement. It is true to said that india is a indestructible union of destructible state . In case of USA we can Say's that which is a federation of state that it is a destructible country of indestructible state.
