hey dear...here is ur ans..
(i) u will join two resistors in parallel and one in series for 13.5
(ii) Connect two resistors in series and one in parallel for 6 ohm
explanation :- when u connect in series
R1+R2 = 18
Now,
1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2
1/Rp = 1/18 + 1/9
1/Rp = 1+2/18
1/Rp = 3/18
Rp = 18/3
Rp = 6. ans..
