So, (a+b) square -4ab=(a-b) square

=>a square+b square+2ab-4ab=a square+ b sqaure-2ab

(a square and b square are cancelled on both sides)

=>2ab-4ab=2ab

=>2ab=2ab.

=>4pq square =4 pq square.

LHS=RHS
