=> 10 x = 2.353535...... ---------------(1)
=> 1000x = 235.35353........ ------------(2)
On subtracting equation (1) from (2) we get,
=> 1000x - 10x = 235 - 2
=> 990x = 233
=> x = 233/990
=================================
Hence, p/q form of 0.23535..... is 233/990.

10 × x = 10 × 0.235 bar
10x = 2.35 bar
As there are 2 numbers under bar, multiply by 100 on both sides
100 × 10x = 100 × 2.35 bar
1000x = 235.35 bar
Subtract 10x from both sides,
1000x = 235.35 bar
-10x = -2.35 bar

990x = 233 [bar cancel]
_______________
x = 233/990
Then,
0.235 bar in p/q form is 233/990
