Show that 12^n cannot end with the digit 0 or 5 , for any natural number n

For a number to end with 0 it should have two and 5 as its factors and to end with 5 it should have only 5 as its factor....

12^n
= 2^2n × 3^n

Here it is not possible because the factors are 2 and 3....
