Show that 12n
cannot end with the digit 0 or 5 for any natural number n

According to fundamental theorem if mathematics every number has a unique prime factorization and a number which ends with zero should have only 2 and 5 as it's prime factors inspite the order in which they occur.

So, we assume that 12n ends with 0 or 5, but it has 2 and 3 as it's prime factors. So, we can say that our assumption is wrong and therefore 12n do not ends with 0 or 5.
