Hi friend, Here is the required answer:-

Co prime means the numbers which are only divisible by 1.

So 231 and 546 are divisible by 7 also.
I.e. 231/7= 33 and 546/7= 78.

So, the numbers are not co prime.

Factors of 546- 2 ×3 × 7 × 13

Common factors of 231 and 546 are 3 and 7 .
=> 231 and 546 aren't co-primes because they have 3 and 7 as factors but co-primes only have 1 as common factor.
