(2x+3)^2 - 24x = (2x-3)^2

4x^2 - 9- 36x = 4x^2 +9 - 12x

-36 + 12x = 9+9

-24x = 18

x= 18 /-24 = 9/-12 = 3/-9

Therefore the answer is -3/9.

Hope it helps. Pls mark as brainliest answer.
