Step-by-step explanation:

if (2x-3) is a factor so,

2x-3=0

x=3/2

put the value of x

(3/2)²+2(3/2)³-9(3/2)²+12=0

9/4+54/2-81/4+12=0

9/4+108/4-81/4+12=0

(9+108-81)/4+12=0

36/4+12=0

9+12≠0

21≠0

So, it is not the factor
