show that 2X square + 5 x + 5 is equal to zero is not true for any real value of x​

2x^2+5x+5=0

Value of discriminant= b^2-4ac

                                   = 5^2-4*2*5

                                   = 25-40= -15

Now,

Value of the discriminant<0

Thus, sqrt(Discriminant) is imaginary.

Thus, the equation has no real roots.
