AB = √(3-6)² + (0-4)² = √9+16 = √25 = 5

AC = √(3+1)² + (0-3)² = √16+9 = √25 = 5

BC = √(6+1)² + (4-3)² = √49+1 = √50 =  5√2

So BC² = AB² + AC²

Hence by Pythagoras theorem , triangle is right angled triangle.
